Our Story
Our instructors are qualified chefs with industry relevant experience whose primary responsibility is to equip students with the skills and confidence to successfully enter the industry. Classes are limited to a minimum number of students to ensure proper knowledge transfer. We offer repetitive training of the basic principles of cookery in an environment of one-on-one tuition.
